All items sold through undergo thorough quality control during production. We inspect all items before it is shipped and all goods shipped are insured in case of loss or damage. Periwinkle takes pride in offering only quality products to its customers.


Should there be any defect on the merchandise, we accept under the following guidelines:

1. Kindly inform us within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the item/s has been received. Specify the reason for returning the item/s, color and/or size of replacement.
2. Send back the item/s within fourteen (14) days from the time it was received for exchange.
3. We only accept unused and unwashed items that have the tags intact. Items must be with the accompanying packaging in good condition when returned.
4. Do include the invoice when returning the item/s to avoid delays in processing.
5. All shipping costs for return and exchange shall be covered by the customer. This includes both the cost of sending the item back to us and the cost of sending the replacement back to you. The only exceptions are as follows:

  • a. The item/s is returned due to manufacturing defects or damage
  • b. The original item/s shipped to the customer is different from the ones ordered

Customer will be held responsible for items until the arrival at our warehouse. Please ensure that the packaging of the items is secured to avoid damage. We recommend the use of dependable couriers that provide tracking services and details when sending the item back to us. Shipping of replacement item/s to you will be through our partner courier.

We will send your replacement item/s once we received the original item/s. Original shipping costs are non refundable.


Item/s delivered with factory defect/s must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of the item/s.

Item/s returned that is considered damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. If found to be damaged or defective, Periwinkle will replace the item and pay the proper shipping costs.

All returned items will be subject to a quality check. Items that do not pass the quality check will not be processed for exchange and will be returned back to the customer.

Returned items can be exchanged for the same style or another style with the same price. The customer may choose to exchange with an item of higher value as long as the difference in price is covered by the customer before the replacement’s shipment.

If an item of lower price is chosen as replacement, balance will not be refunded.
